World War II, Voicethread

Mr. Anderson
U.S. History classes

The library media specialists collaborated with Mr. Anderson to create an engaging and interactive activity with World War II topics.  Each student had a WWII topic/section;  they completed the three part assignment to communicate their findings and create discussion using the Voicethread.  (See handout for information – Voicethread).

For a complete listing of voicethreads, go to U.S. History Project.

Grimes PSA Project

12/2007:  Students in Contemporary Issues created a Public Service Announcement for a specific issue they researched throughout the semester.  Students were required to have a two minute video using Windows Movie Maker or iMovie.  Music and images must be public domain to follow copyright guidelines for publishing to the web.

See Ms. Grimes web page for more details:  http://www.bv229.k12.ks.us/bvw_jgrimes/contemporary_issues.htm or to access the resources, see the public domain wiki:  http://bvwpublicdomain.wikispaces.com/.
